Technologists' Mentor Program

This program pairs technologists with more experienced HLA professionals (Senior Technologist, Supervisors and Managers), or mentors, to share knowledge, experience, and advice with a less experienced person, or mentee.

This program pairs new Directors with more experienced Directors on an informal basis for the purpose of providing one-on-one guidance and advice to the newer Directors (mentees).

ASHI Leadership Orientation

Watch this ASHI Leadership Orientation Webinar to learn about the ASHI organization and how to prepare to be or continue as a volunteer. ASHI needs volunteers from diverse backgrounds to bring a variety of perspectives to each of our programs and services.

This webinar focuses on leadership by explaining the responsibilities and expectations of being an active participant in your group. We want to help you grow and become empowered to be a positive and engaged member of ASHI.
