TECHNOLOGISTS' AFFAIRS MENTOR PROGRAM

The ASHI Mentor Program is dedicated to facilitating career advancement for HLA laboratory professionals. This program pairs HLA laboratory professionals with more experienced individuals (senior technical staff, laboratory supervisors, managers, etc.) to share knowledge, experience, and advice with those seeking mentorship.

Please note the following mentee guidelines:

• This program is designed for non-doctoral laboratory professionals
• Doctoral professionals may apply, but must serve in a non-Director role
• Mentees must be a current member of ASHI

Please note the following mentor guidelines:

• Mentors must have at least 3 years of HLA experience
• Mentors must be a current member of ASHI
