2025 PT Ordering Site is OPEN!

Online ordering for 2025 is ready to accept 2025 PT Orders. Laboratories interested in participating in the ASHI PT Program should first review the 2025 PT Shipping Schedule and 2025 PT Brochure for additional details on PT surveys and challenges to determine which options might meet your needs. Additional information and documents are available in the General Program Information tab below.

PT Webinars (2024)

In Spring 2024, the PT Committee presented 3 webinars to provide step-by-step guidance to participating laboratories on entering PT results and to answer questions about how to access the NEW PT Data Center. Use the links above for more information on the EMO (Engraftment Monitoring) survey, the HT (HLA Typing) survey, and the AC (Antibody Screening/Identification and Crossmatching) survey.

PT Webinar (Oct. 2023)

Submitting PT Orders

The 2023 webinar includes a step-by-step tutorial on placing PT orders in the new PT software and detailed information on changes to the HT survey implemented in 2024. One change since this webinar makes it easier for labs that ordered in a previous year. This year, quantities are auto-filled based on last year to simplify the ordering process.

We appreciate the ASHI PT program because the samples that we receive closely mimic the sample types we get from our patients. Our laboratory appreciates the educational nature of the Summary Reports and we also store the PT materials to use for laboratory validations and ongoing competency assessments.”
