The ASHI Travel Fund financially assists ASHI members so that they may attend ASHI meetings. If you would like to be considered for a travel award (to be reimbursed following the meeting), please complete an application. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified if you are approved to receive a travel award.

Please note that if you have already received an ASHI travel award, you are now ineligible. Finally, there is a limit of one travel award per institution per the calendar year.

Awardees Receive the Following Support

• Complimentary registration
• Up to $1,000 in travel reimbursement

Application Timeline

Travel Award Applications will open on March 1, 2025, and close on May 1, 2025.
Applications received after May 1st will not be considered.

• One complimentary registration to the 2025 ASHI 51st Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.
• Up to $1,500 in reimbursement for travel expenses within the United States.
• Up to $2,000 in reimbursement for travel awardees outside of the United States. (Awardees must be in compliance with the ASHI travel policy)

If you are an eligible ASHI member, apply for an ASHI Travel Award beginning March 1, 2025!
The application deadline for an ASHI Travel Award is June 1, 2025.
