Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Jeana Hoffman at jhoffman@ashi-hla.org by Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT.
A $75 processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Refund requests submitted after this date will not be honored and will not be refunded.
