Travel & Personal Health Considerations
AEW Attendees should be aware that state and local laws governing healthcare access and certain medical services vary across jurisdictions and may change over time. In advance of travel, please review applicable laws and regulations in their destination state to understand how they may impact individual healthcare needs or access to services.
We recommend that attendees:
- Consult with their healthcare provider prior to travel, if appropriate.
- Bring necessary medications, prescriptions, and relevant medical documentation.
- Confirm access to any time-sensitive or specialized healthcare services.
- Identify nearby medical facilities at their destination.
