<description><![CDATA[My institution, Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, asked me to find out how other HLA labs justify the need for another HLA tech. &nbsp;I told them that HLA labs are very hard to bench mark, generally a significant increase in test volume and overtime, oncall coverage issues and delays in TAT are used. &nbsp;Do you use other metrics?]]></description>
