Application Packet Updates
Application packets are all online. When your laboratory cycle comes due, the Accreditation Manager will send your laboratory an email with a link to the application online, a password, and instructions. The information that you enter online will be stored in a database for years. This information creates a historical record of each laboratory's applications and will serve as the template for future application packets. Future packets will require only changes and updates to the stored information.
Accreditation Cycles
Each laboratory is assigned a cycle which will not change from year to year. Thus, deadlines remain constant within each cycle. New laboratories are assigned to a specific cycle based on when their application is submitted for review.
