Application & InstructionsApplication packets are all online. When your laboratory cycle comes due, the Accreditation Manager will send your laboratory an email with a link to the application online, a password, and instructions. The information that you enter online creates a historical record of your laboratory's applications and will serve as the template for future applications, which will require only changes and updates to the stored information. Each laboratory is assigned a cycle which will not change from year to year. Thus, deadlines remain constant within each cycle. New laboratories are assigned to a specific cycle based on when their application is submitted for review. Information For InspectorsInspector training requirements and helpful documents are provided to assist the inspector throughout the entire inspection process. ASHI StandardsThe Quality Assurance and Standards (QAS) Committee provides oversight for ASHI Standards in order to ensure continuity through the lengthy process of each cycle of revisions.
